Hospital Regulations, Visiting Hours, and Parking

Visiting Information

Visitors are an important part of the healing process and we encourage family and friends to spend time with our patient to bring good cheer. However, for the comfort and well-being of patients and safety of visitors, please observe the following:

  1. Children below Twelve (12) years old are not recommended to visit.
  2. We reserve the right to limit the number of visitors and visitation, as needed, to meet the health care needs of our patients and to protect their privacy needs.

Visiting hours: 

9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (PAY)

10:00 AM to 12:00 NN & 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (SERVICE)

Parking

Vehicles of in-patients are subject to a discounted parking fee of P100.00 only per day after validation of parking ticket from the Admitting Section. Visitors and guests are subject to regular parking fees.

Other Hospital Policies

  1. Smoking is prohibited inside and within the Hospital premises as per city and government regulation.
  2. Pets are not allowed in the Hospital.
  3. Please take care of your cash and valuables. For safekeeping, cash may be deposited with the cashier. The Hospital will not be responsible for the loss of cash and valuables in your room.

Patient's Watcher and Visitor Guidelines (For Non-COVID Cases)

  1. Only 1 companion is allowed per patient watcher’s ID which may be secured from the Admitting Section
  2. Visitors must wear IDs at all times. IDs are available at the Security Guard of the Hospital Lobby
  3. Kindly Follow our NO MASK, NO ENTRY and ALWAYS WEAR A MASK policy.
  4. Visitors should respect the privacy of others, stay quite, remain in the room they are visiting or in the waiting room
  5. Visitors should not sit or lie on patient beds to prevent cross-infection.
  6. Bringing of sleeping paraphernalia are not allowed for infection control purposes.
  7. Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in all areas of the hospital.
  8. Follow proper waste disposal

Patient's Watcher and Visitor Guidelines (For COVID Cases)

  1. Watcher/Companion and visitors are NOT ALLOWED to stay with the patient inside the room.
  2. The watcher should leave his/her contact number to the admitting section and nurse station.
  3. The Out-Patient Department (OPD) Tent is available for watchers who wish to stay in the hospital premises.
  4. Kindly follow our NO MASK, NO ENTRY and ALWAYS WEAR A MASK policy.
  5. If you have things to leave for the patient, kindly inform the guards on duty at the hospital lobby.
  6. For your information: Some COVID wards have CCTV cameras inside the patient rooms.
